As a Professional Community Association Manager, Ken Beebe has managed high- and mid-rise buildings, homeowner association in excess of 400 homes and served on the board of the Washington State Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Ken earned his real estate license and later completed a five-year course of study to obtain the highest credentials (PCAM) in association management. The PCAM designation is the pinnacle of community association management and the highest level of recognition awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Jennifer brings over a decade of experience in customer care and management. With a degree in Business Management and certification with Community Associations Institute, she is responsible for the oversight of operations at Conrad Properties and a portfolio of associations. Working hard on financials, maintenance, Board member relations, and owner accounts, she is dedicated to becoming superior in the field.
